Oliver is passionate about the recruitment industry and prides himself on his honest approach and genuine understanding of his clients needs, finding the right candidate in the market and getting to understand their individual needs. Oliver has been with Cranleigh for over 3 years and has a strong track record in his finance and accounting speciality.
At Cranleigh Finance, Oliver is responsible for delivering a premium recruitment service to clients and candidates in the financial sectors across both permanent and temporary markets.
ALEX SALMON
Director
Alex obtained a degree in Business Management from the University of Surrey in 2005 and began his career in recruitment immediately. His career moves over the years has provided Alex with a
breadth of experience, ranging from a small boutique agency, through to large multi million pound turnover firms.
Alex is passionate about building strong relationships, he understands that business is ultimately about people. He dedicates himself to understanding what drives individuals, what his clients actually need and the short and long term goals of his clients and candidates. He listens, he asks questions and understands. He intuitively knows when he's found the right match.
GARETH EMMETT
Director
Gareth graduated from Kings College London and quickly embarked on a career in recruitment. In many ways Gareth was born into recruitment as his mother had successfully built two recruitment businesses and his original 6 month role has turned into a successful 17 years in the recruitment industry, specialising in exec appointments and retained recruitment assignments.
An experienced Director, Gareth is passionate about working with clients and candidates to provide a consultative approach to the recruitment process.
